What this notice covers

This notice covers the GlobNova Enterprises company introduction website. GlobNova Market, GlobNova Learn and PrismVisionIQ are separate product experiences. Their account, learning, marketplace and other product data practices need their own notices; this page does not replace them.

When you contact us

The email and phone links open your email or calling app. This company website does not submit an enquiry form or create a tester account. If you send an enquiry, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to send, and use them to answer your question, discuss testing or collaboration, and keep relevant correspondence.

Messages sent to the current contact addresses are handled through the recipients’ email providers, including Gmail. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, wallet passphrases, payment credentials, identity documents or sensitive financial information.

Visits, cookies and external services

The company page does not include analytics, advertising trackers, an embedded chat service or a mailing-list subscription. It does not intentionally set marketing cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the site.

The hosting and access providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser details, request logs and sign-in information where access is restricted, to deliver and protect the site. Their applicable privacy information governs their processing. While this review version is private, access requires ChatGPT sign-in.

Product and third-party links

Product links open separate apps. Registration links take you to the relevant product; information you provide there is handled within that product. We do not collect registration details through this company page. Review the destination’s information before registering or supplying personal data.

Sharing and keeping correspondence

Relevant correspondence may be handled by the team member you contact and by the service providers used to communicate or host the site. We do not sell enquiry messages. Correspondence is kept while needed to respond, follow up, or meet applicable record-keeping obligations; no automatic deletion period has been configured for the current inboxes.

Contact omarymkazeni@gmail.com to ask what enquiry information is held, request a correction, or request deletion of correspondence. We will review the request, verify identity when needed, and explain any information that must be retained. Please do not send a password as proof of identity.

Before sending information about a child

Please avoid sending personal information about children through general business enquiries. Any future product features intended for children require age-appropriate privacy arrangements before they are offered.

Changes to this notice

This notice should be updated before introducing forms, analytics, subscriptions, new service providers or different data-handling practices. Official business contact details will be added when available.
